Misty was full of personality and always tried to be first at the gates to greet either a person or dog visitor.  Her big thick tail wagged faster than anyone else's and she kept the most incredible coat. We were lucky to acquire her from Canada at 2 years of age with a Canadian Championship already. No wonder she had that coat, and she never lost it here in So. Florida. Misty produced some wonderful children and grand-children for us with her two litters and as of 2008 she would have been a great-great-grandmother!

Misty became hard of hearing in her last year, but yet she knew the sound of the cookie jar lid!  We had to say goodbye to her at the age of 11.
