Historically, we’ve always kept females.  Catcher turned out to be such a nice, sweet boy, we thought we’d try another male.  Millab’s Return to Sender, better known as “Elvis”, is a culmination of many of the bloodlines that we have had in our breeding program.  He is a Grandson of Mariah on his maternal side, and is a Great Grandson of Sandy on his paternal side.  Ever the prankster, Elvis makes us laugh every day with his funny antics!

We were skeptical about keeping a 2^nd male in the household, but Elvis has turned out to be a pleasure.  Even with females in season, we have had no problems between Catcher & Elvis.  In addition, Elvis is probably one of the smartest dogs we’ve ever had!  With absolutely no formal obedience training, he has learned what heel, sit, stay, come and down mean, just from watching the other dogs.  We were amazed the first time we told him to lay down as a young pup, & he looked over at the other dogs that were lying down, looked back at us – and down he went!  Such a smart boy.

Elvis has 9 points toward his Championship, including a 5 point major.
